St. Luke’s Fitness & Sports Performance Centers currently offers more than 40 group fitness classes per week lead by skilled and certified Group Exercise Professionals. Whether you are looking for the challenge of Metabolic Training, the vigor of Zumba® or the serenity of Yoga, we have a group fitness class that meets your goals. All classes are included in your membership except for those specifically noted. Classes generally last about an hour.

Class availability and schedules vary by facility. No pre-registration is necessary. Just show up with water, a smile and an enthusiastic spirit! View or download the pdfs below to see the group class schedules at any of our locations.

20-20-10: Get ready to mix it up with this fun variety class! This class will be broken down into 3 segments: 20 minutes of aerobics, 20 minutes of toning, and 10 minutes of core. Each week will be a little different. (Anderson)

AEROBIC FUSION: This unique class combines the essentials of fitness through a blend of low impact floor aerobics, cardio-box elements, muscle conditioning activities, and will feature a “dance of the week” segment. (Commerce Way)

ADVANCED METCON: This is an advanced level class. You must be able to run at least 2 miles and be following a progressive strength training program. Please attend one of the other MetCon classes before attempting this class. (Commerce Way)

BODY SCULPTING: A one-hour cardiovascular strength-training class designed to make you lean and defined providing a results-oriented whole body workout. Build and sculpt muscles, strengthen your core, improve your strength and flexibility while burning fat and calories. You will gain strength, balance, flexibility and endurance while focusing on total body health. Also helps to prevent the development of osteoporosis while firing up your metabolism, helping you to lose weight and inches. (Allentown)

CARDIO KICKBOX: An intense energized workout using various punching and kicking patterns set to music. Take the stress out of everyday life with this hard hitting and motivating class! (Anderson)

CIRCUIT CHALLENGE: Challenge every muscle in your body with this dynamic class. Work at your own pace at each station and try to complete as many repetitions as you can, of each exercise, within the given timeframe. (Commerce Way)

FOREVER YOUNG: A light aerobic workout for active adults. Intended to improve balance, flexibility, and coordination. (Commerce Way)

GENTLE FITNESS: A light, low-impact, aerobic workout for active adults. The class is designed to help improve stamina, balance, flexibility, and coordination. (Anderson)

GROUP CYCLING: Enjoy a fun and invigorating workout set to music. Designed to simulate outdoor cycling on a stationary cycle. Take pleasure in the benefits of a group training ride without the fear of keeping up! (All Locations)

LEBARRE: This class is a challenging full body workout designed to sculpt long lean muscles, lift your seat, improve your posture and balance while getting your heart rate up by combining barre work and dynamic standing Pilates based movements. Bonus abdominal exercises at the end of each class. Barefoot or barre socks are recommended. (Allentown)

MAX FUSION FRIDAY: We're taking Aerobic Fusion to the MAX with a blend of high intensity, yet low impact, cardio combined with intervals of upper and lower body strengthening and toning done with your own body weight. You should be able to get onto the floor frequently to get the most from this class. A true blend of all exercise genres. (Commerce Way)

METABOLIC TRAINING: combines higher intensity strength and metabolic intervals with cardiovascular training to produce maximum gains in muscle development, strength, and cardiovascular improvement. Program format is designed to provide the supreme improvements in body composition and fitness. Class pace is primarily fast, but suitable to the fitness level for each participant. Safety is a priority – therefore posture, proper form, technique, are regularly stressed and reinforced throughout the class though the tempo is quick. METCON: or “Metabolic Conditioning” refers to short bouts of high-intensity exercise done in fast succession. It is designed to work all the body's energy systems in an intense, but efficient, way. Experience a fantastic workout in 30 minutes or less. (Commerce Way & Anderson)

METCON ELEMENTS: Program prerequisite: must be participating in a full body progressive strength training program. This beginners course focuses on elements of proper body mechanics in movement and activities. MetCon Elements will help to develop the skills for safe, yet high intensity training for optimal results.* (Commerce Way & Anderson)

PILATES: An exercise class which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement. (All Locations)

PI-YO™: This class is a fun, challenging fusion of Pilates and Yoga. You'll get the muscle-scultping of Pilates, the flexibility of Yoga, as well as non-stop, fluid movement for a cardio-respiratory challenge. (Commerce Way & Anderson)

PVC (POWER, VELOCITY & CONDITIONING): PVC is a High Intensity, Non-Stop workout that masterly combines Power, Plyometric, Resistance and Endurance training. Every major muscle of the body is conditioned while maintaining your heart rate. This is 60 minutes of a total body blast. Weights and other resistance equipment will be used. (Allentown)

POWER YOGA: A stronger and faster paced class designed to focus on the breath and its relationship to the pose. This class has its roots in Iyengar and Ashtanga so it not only focuses on your alignment, but also the fluidity from one pose to the next. Power Yoga was rated #1 for weight loss out of all other forms of yoga. This practice is a total body workout that creates longer, leaner muscles and a body with more mobility to improve circulation. This class is a great class to clear out all the static in both the body and mind to prepare you for meditation. (Allentown)

ROSIE'S BOOT CAMP: This fun and exciting form of exercise mixes strength, cardio, balance/core all in one - and it is a major calorie burner. Participants will incorporate interval training that includes jumping, running, pulling, pushing, lifting and much more. Modifications are shown for all levels. T.G.I.F.: Be thankful it's Friday and kick-start your weekend with this high-energy class! Be prepared to work hard, and have a little fun, with this dynamic mix of Cardio and Step Aerobics. (Commerce Way & Anderson)

YOGA: A relaxing and refreshing addition to your week. This class emphasizes the harmonious balance between mind and body. ZUMBA®: Have fun dancing to this unique blend of Latin rhythms while receiving the body shaping benefits of a dynamic workout. Experience the dance styles of the salsa, meringue, cumbia, and reggaeton. (All Facilities)
